I caught these tall boots on Macy's.com by Joan and David. I fell in love instantly and now I have to have them. The price ($225) is alittle steep but they seem like a fantastic buy. Pair them with a a cute skirt, whether long or short, winter shorts with leggings or even straight legged jeans tucked in.
